LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nevada Heart and Vascular Centers, L.L.P. (“Nevada Heart & Vascular”, “NHV” or the “Company”), a leading provider of cardiac and vascular services in Southern-Nevada, announced today that it has appointed proven healthcare leader David Stillwell to serve as Chief Operating Officer of its affiliated management services organization. In his new role, Mr. Stillwell will bring his deep experience building healthcare platforms to lead NHV’s non-clinical operations and employees.

Mr. Stillwell is a seasoned healthcare executive with a track record of building high-growth, best-in-class service organizations. Most recently, Mr. Stillwell was Chief Operating Officer at Emerus, a leading operator of microhospitals, which he helped build from a single center to 40 locations across eight states. NHV also announced that it has formed a partnership with funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. (“Oaktree”) and A&M Capital Partners (“A&M Capital”) to support its strategic growth plan and expansion opportunities in Nevada and other states.
