Clearfield Wins 2022 ACG Minnesota BOLD Award

BOLD Award honors and recognizes innovation, inspirational moves, bold visions and leaders that have made bold moves to positively grow

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Clearfield, Inc. (NASDAQ:CLFD), the specialist in fiber management for communication service providers, today announced that it is the recipient of a 2022 ACG BOLD Award, recognized for the company’s bold move in achieving record growth in FY2021 from $93.1M to $140.8M, a 51 percent year-over-year increase. Also noted was the company’s strategic decision to expand manufacturing and distribution capabilities in anticipation of the massive infusion of state and federal funds designed to help close the digital divide for all Americans.

“We are at an exciting time in our growth at Clearfield and have made the bold moves necessary to ensure we’re able to fully capitalize on the opportunity ahead,” said Cheri Beranek, President and CEO of Clearfield. “Fiber broadband creates tremendous opportunities for communities, network operators, businesses and people and we look forward to helping our customers create the connections needed for everyone, everywhere to thrive.”

Now in its 10th year, the 2022 ACG Minnesota BOLD Awards were announced at the BOLD Awards Gala on February 22, 2022, at The Fillmore in Minneapolis. ACG Minnesota is a networking organization focused on growing the middle market through mergers and acquisitions, with its 300 local members driving those deals. ACG members are corporate leaders and trusted partners: the attorneys, accountants, advisors and capital sources who get deals done.
