Stack Overflow Appoints Lily Toy as Chief Legal Officer

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The world’s largest community of developers and leading knowledge sharing platform, Stack Overflow, today announced the addition of Lily Toy as the company’s first Chief Legal Officer (CLO). Toy brings 17 years of corporate law experience to Stack Overflow, where she will play a critical role in driving strategic growth across Stack Overflow in partnership with the senior leadership team. She will specifically oversee legal, corporate governance, and compliance functions for the company.

Toy most recently served as General Counsel at Dialpad, where she played an instrumental role in supporting the company's SaaS growth. Prior to Dialpad, Lily was General Counsel at Telenav, and was a corporate attorney at K&L Gates, Fenwick & West, and Shearman & Sterling.
