Ryan Awarded 2021 International Service Excellence Award for Customer Service Project of the Year – Customer Impact

This is the eighth time the Firm has been recognized by this organization for its outstanding client service.

The judging criteria is aligned with the International Customer Service Standard (ICSS) and includes reviewing an organization’s culture, processes, procedures, training, hiring practices, and daily actions towards their customers.
