Karen Caterino Appointed to Nevada Division of Insurance Agent Advisory Council

Alliant Public Entity executive nominated by State of Nevada Department of Business and Industry

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alliant Insurance Services is proud to announce that Karen Caterino, Senior Vice President, Alliant, has been appointed to serve as a member of the Nevada Division of Insurance Agent Advisory Council. Caterino was selected by Nevada’s Insurance Commissioner, Barbara Richardson, as one of 15 Nevada appointees to the 2022-2023 Council.

The Agent Advisory Council is the newest of the Division of Insurance’s advisory boards. As a board member, Caterino will play an instrumental role in providing the Nevada Insurance Commissioner with guidance and insight on various insurance issues affecting producers and their consumers. The Council represents the various types of agencies and lines of insurance being sold in the state of Nevada.

In her current role at Alliant, Caterino focuses on leading public entity, education and pooling business growth and development initiatives. Caterino will serve as a member on the Council until December 31, 2023.
