BrightSphere Announces Completion of Redemption of 5.125% Senior Notes due August 2031

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BrightSphere Investment Group Inc. (NYSE: BSIG) today announced the completion of the previously announced full redemption of all $125 million aggregate principal amount outstanding of its 5.125% Senior Notes due August 1, 2031 (CUSIP: 10948W202) (the “2031 Notes”).

The redemption price for the 2031 Notes was $1,011.53 per $1,000.00 of principal amount of the 2031 Notes, which is equal to 100% of the principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest on the principal amount being redeemed up to, but excluding, the date of redemption. The aggregate interest paid upon redemption was approximately $1.4 million.
