Redis Welcomes Proven Leaders to Board of Directors with Alexy and Dor Appointments

As Redis continues its leadership and growth in the real-time data era, the company adds two independent directors with decades in public company experience

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, Redis announced the appointment of two new independent members to the company’s Board of Directors, Kimberly Alexy and Dr. Dorit Dor, leaders in the financial markets and cybersecurity industry, respectively. Alexy brings a wealth of knowledge to Redis, serving on several private and public company boards including Western Digital, Mandiant, Five9, and Netskope. Dr. Dor, currently the Chief Product Officer at Check Point Software Technologies—a leading provider of cyber security solutions globally—brings decades of experience diversifying product portfolios and playing critical roles in research and development (R&D) and organizational growth.

Kimberly Alexy is a seasoned finance professional and corporate board member with over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, capital markets, M&A, and investments. She was a sell-side equity research analyst on Wall Street for nearly a decade specializing in technology stocks. Since then, she has been an active investor and board director, helping public and private companies with their board needs.

In 2019, Dr. Dor was named one of Israel’s most powerful women by Forbes and she is also an active member of the World Economic Forum Centre for Cybersecurity.
