Cornerstone Building Brands Completes Acquisition of Union Corrugating Company; Expands Metal Roof Offering to Residential Market

CARY, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. (NYSE: CNR) (the “Company”), the largest manufacturer of exterior building products in North America, today announced that it had completed the acquisition of Union Corrugating Company Holdings, Inc. (“UCC”), a leading provider of metal roofing, roofing components, and accessories.
