DLP Capital Closes Two Multifamily Loans Totaling $27 Million for Houston Residential Buildings

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DLP Capital, a private real estate investment and finance firm, announces the closing of two multifamily loans for Houston apartment complexes: Thicket Apartments ($18 million) and Shadow Walk Apartments ($9 million).

The Houston multifamily properties, consisting of 268 units and 175 units, are now owned by Dr. Furkan Kalkan, President of Kalkan Capital. Kalkan Capital makes an impact on revitalizing communities affected with crime, transforming them into safe and effective homes for families.
