FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GreenPath Financial Wellness, a national nonprofit that provides financial counseling and debt management services, has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by the Detroit Free Press. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

GreenPath was ranked among the Top 25 percent of 2021 awardees and earned culture badges for efforts in these three areas: Clued-In Employees, Open-Mindedness and Supportive Managers.
