Earnin Partners With Windsor to Provide Earned Wage Access Benefits

The large healthcare organization is the latest to join Earnin’s growing B2B program to help improve financial wellbeing for employees

PALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Earnin, the leader in building products for a more equitable financial system and a better life for everyday people, today announced its partnership with Windsor, a provider of long-term healthcare and rehabilitation services. As part of Earnin’s B2B program, Windsor can offer Earned Wage Access (EWA) benefits immediately to its employees in a unique “Zero Integration” model, with no risk and no funding requirements.

With over 3,300 employees, Windsor serves over 4,000 patients every day in over 33 facilities in California and Arizona. The healthcare provider was looking for an EWA service to help their employees’ financial wellness and to stand out in the marketplace as a leading employer with unique benefits. Upon reviewing several vendors and learning that some employees were already using Earnin, Windsor decided to pilot the service and ultimately partner after seeing strong employee engagement and impact.

“We were attracted by Earnin's zero integration technology, highly positive app store reviews and range of financial wellbeing tools,” said Roy Bailey, Director of HR Operations at Windsor. “Earnin has helped many of our employees gain access to their funds in times of need with its seamless platform.”

By receiving access to their wages through EWA services, consumers felt more in control of their finances and experienced better financial well-being, according to a recent study by FTI. For employees at Windsor, Earnin’s solutions can help them to feel less stressed about their financial situation and have more flexibility to achieve their financial goals.

“Our secure, one-of-a-kind approach enabled Windsor to offer its employees access to Earnin in a matter of days,” said Ratesh Dhir, Head of B2B at Earnin. “It’s rewarding to help organizations like Windsor give their employees access to their paychecks as they earn it, enabling greater control of their personal finances, especially in the current climate.”
