Sierra Metals Declares Annual Dividend

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sierra Metals Inc. (TSX: SMT) (BVL: SMT) (NYSE AMERICAN: SMTS) (“Sierra Metals” or the “Company”) today declared an annual dividend for the 2021 fiscal year of US$0.03 per common share, payable on December 7, 2021, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 22, 2021. There are currently 163,428,150 common shares of the Company that are issued and outstanding. The dividend is designated as an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
