ELM Solutions to announce updates at annual user conference ELM Amplify 2021

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions, the market-leading provider of enterprise legal spend and matter management, contract lifecycle management and legal analytics solutions, will today announce updates to its award-winning legal technology solutions. The updates will be shared with delegates at its virtual, premier user conference ELM Amplify 2021.

Details of TyMetrix 360° Version 21.2 will be unveiled at the conference, including TyMetrix 360° Office Companion, with matter management capabilities. Users will now be able to manage their matter portfolios directly from Microsoft Outlook®, Word®, Excel®, or PowerPoint®, empowering users to work where they already spend most of their day. The feature will help users save time, improve efficiency and streamline matter management workflows by eliminating the need to switch between multiple systems. Clients will also benefit from an easy to use and intuitive interface, promoting greater usage and adoption.

The TyMetrix 360 release will feature additional enhancements, including:

  • The TyMetrix 360° Data API, allowing for a seamless connection with the most commonly-used technologies within an organization on a single, secure and collaborative framework, enabling automated flows of data and processes between TyMetrix 360° and an organization’s technologies
  • A reduction in time and costs required to build custom integrations, eliminating the need for the manual transfer of data
  • Updates to the CLM Matrix Integration with TyMetrix 360°, Legal Holds Module enhancements, as well as new dynamic reporting.

ELM Solutions will also unveil features of its Passport 21.2 release, which expands the management connector portfolio to now include eDocs, as well as the prior SharePoint Online Connector, released in Summer 2021. Clients using eDocs or SharePoint Online for content management will now be able to seamlessly control matter-related documents and email. They will also be able to search, store and work with documents in either document management system without leaving Passport or Outlook.

The Passport release will also include:

  • Updated self-service subscription reports for law firms via Passport Collaboration Portal
  • Supplemental reports that give administrators the ability to self-audit the subscription invoices they receive from ELM Solutions, allowing law firms to audit data for clients with non-standard billing models and enabling clients to reassign an invoice from one matter to another.
