Robin Adds New Guest Experience to Award-Winning Workplace Platform

Ongoing product innovation leads to 410% YoY growth in Q3 2021

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Robin, the first workplace platform to put people before places, today announced the launch of its new guest experience solution enabling workplace leaders to manage access and security for anyone coming to the office from one central location. Guests receive an email prior to their arrival to fulfill all office access prerequisites, including any required screening questionnaire and check-in logistics, allowing them to touchless check-in upon arrival.

The Delta variant surge drove many organizations to re-evaluate their return to office plans as renewed pandemic restrictions accelerated the demand for increased flexibility, visibility, and control over the office. Robin’s September RTO Tracker Report shows a 21% increase in U.S. employees returning to the office with desk bookings up 15% from August, reversing any decline seen over the summer months.

Robin’s dedication to supporting its global customers’ hybrid work environment led to significant YoY growth in Q3 2021. The company increased ARR 410% YoY and grew its customer base by 162%. New customers leveraging the Robin platform in Q3 include Politico, Eddie Bauer, and the University of CA - Santa Barbara. Robin’s workplace platform significantly reduces the friction associated with returning to the office by empowering employees to book desks, conference rooms, and other office assets via Office Pass - its renowned employee experience.

“We continue to see a growing demand for Robin’s workplace management platform as organizations look for proven solutions designed to help them enhance the hybrid employee experience for their workforce,” says Brian Muse, co-founder and CTO at Robin. With a growing number of employees returning to the office, businesses require solutions that are designed to help them embrace the next chapter of flexible work – our new guest experience feature enables workplace teams to welcome visitors back into the office alongside managing the employee experience.”

“Robin’s guest experience solution is another great tool for employees working within our new, enhanced workplace. The feature-rich platform helps our people build their own office experience and collaborate with both internal and external partners,” says Mayur Mistry, IT Operations Manager at Fever Tree and one of the early access customers trialing Robin’s latest enhancement.
