ITT Announces Quarterly Dividend of $0.22 Per Share

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--October 13, 2021-- ITT Inc. (NYSE: ITT) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend payment of $0.22 per share on the Company’s outstanding common stock, par value $1 per share. The dividend is payable on December 30, 2021 to shareholders of record of such common stock as of the close of business on December 13, 2021.
