Claros Mortgage Trust, Inc. Announces Filing of Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Claros Mortgage Trust, Inc. (“CMTG”) today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-11 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. CMTG intends to apply to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “CMTG.” The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.

Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan are acting as joint lead book-running managers for the proposed offering. Goldman Sachs & Co.
