Expensify Announces New Expensify Card Perk: Up to 2% Cash Back for All Cardholders

Companies using Expensify’s free corporate card, the Expensify Card, can now automatically earn up to 2% unlimited cash back on all purchases

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Expensify, the most widely used preaccounting software in the world, announced today the addition of the highly anticipated cash back perk for the Expensify Card. Companies can now automatically earn up to 2% cash back on all purchases under the following conditions:

  • For every month you spend over $25K combined across all cards, earn unlimited 1% cash back.
  • For every month you spend over $250K combined across all cards, earn unlimited 2% cash back.

This perk applies to all purchase categories – there’s no tricky fine print, and no limits on how much your company can earn. The cash back gets applied to your company’s account automatically at the end of the month when the company meets the conditions.

“No matter how big or small your business is, every dollar adds up to a healthier bottom line,” says Jason Mills, Chief Product Officer at Expensify. “That’s why we’re thrilled to offer cardholders up to 2% unlimited cash back on all purchases, whether you’re paying for servers, booking team travel, purchasing office snacks, or something else. Paired with our existing preaccounting features, including receipt scanning, expense management, reimbursement, bill pay, and invoice management, it's easier than ever with the Expensify Card to manage your business’s finances quickly, all in one place.”

Current cardholders who meet the requirements will see a cash back return automatically applied to their August 2021 statement.

Cash back is the latest perk being added to the Expensify Card, which is completely free to use for businesses of all sizes. Other perks include a 50% discount off your Expensify subscription when your company puts 50%+ spend on the card, free chat-based travel booking, no annual fees, no interest fees, no late payment fees, built-in fraud protections, unusual spend alerts, a direct integration with Expensify, and more.
