As Senior Vice President of Client Success, Becky Banasik brings more than 20 years of experience scaling high-growth, client operations teams delivering strategies for some of the world's leading brands. With extensive experience in management consulting, SaaS organizations and nonprofits, Banasik was most recently VP of Client Success at Social Solutions, where she was responsible for ensuring clients realized the full potential and value of SSG’s product, data, and services.

Lauren McQuade, Senior Vice President of Marketing
Lauren McQuade brings more than 20 years of marketing leadership experience building teams, processes, and programs that drive growth. Based in Austin, McQuade previously served as VP of Marketing at ESO, VP of Marketing at SecureLink, and has held senior marketing roles at Community Brands, CompassLearning, and Motorola.

Zachary Fleming, Vice President of Product
In a newly created role, Zac Fleming has broad responsibility for product management, product design, and product strategy. Leveraging technology and strategy, he seeks to create innovative products so that college students everywhere can seamlessly access the care needed to thrive. Fleming’s previous roles include serving as vice president for product management at Citi, general manager for digital transformation at Baylor Scott & White Health, and chief technology officer at Three to Abandon. He also serves as an advisor for start-up founders, mentors global product leaders, and volunteers to help further his local community.

Todd Hegseth, Vice President of Sales Operations
As Vice President of Sales Operations, Todd Hegseth steers updates to sales tools, technology and supporting business processes aimed at improving sales productivity, reporting and improving cross-functional business decision intelligence. Hegseth is an experienced, agile business leader with extensive experience driving business improvement across multiple sectors. He has also held various leadership roles in cyber security and telecommunications industries, having achieved success in customer support, finance, sales and operations.

Eric Knittel, Associate Vice President, Brand and Creative
With more than two decades of national advertising agency experience, Eric Knittel is an award-winning creative director whose expertise in delivering unique ideas has built brands in nearly every sector of business, from healthcare and technology to professional sports and packaged goods. Kristen Buglione, Healthcare Literacy Lead
Kristen Buglione plays a key role in leading strategic initiatives to enhance college student health, well-being and academic success. Prior to joining TimelyMD, she was the Director of Health Education at Johnson & Wales University and has presented at regional/national college health conferences. Passionate about helping individuals and communities enhance health and well-being through sustainable and equitable initiatives, Buglione is also a Certified Health Education Specialist.
