Molina Healthcare Appoints Jennifer Vermeer to Lead Iowa Health Plan

DES MOINES, Iowa--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Molina Healthcare (“Molina”) today announced the appointment of Jennifer Vermeer as plan president of Molina Healthcare of Iowa.

Vermeer most recently served as assistant vice president for population health and external affairs at the University of Iowa Health Care, where she developed value-based contracts and initiatives for a nationally ranked $2 billion academic health system. She previously held positions as chief executive officer and chief operating officer at the University of Iowa Health Alliance and has a distinguished career in Medicaid administration.
