Convoy Grows Downtown Seattle Real Estate Presence by 68% With New Leases in Russell Investments Center

SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Convoy, the nation’s most efficient digital freight network, today announced that the company has signed agreements to sublease more than 123,000 square feet of office space on three floors of the Russell Investments Center in downtown Seattle. The location will serve as Convoy’s new corporate headquarters.

The 42-floor building features 874,000 square feet of Class A office space, sweeping views of Elliott Bay, the Olympic Mountains and downtown Seattle, a state-of-the-art fitness center and a 23,000-square-foot fully landscaped terrace and deck on the 17th floor.

Convoy will sublease its existing Seattle office space at Century Square.
