(TSX:FLOW) (“Flow” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Ann Tracy, Chief Sustainability Officer (“CSO”) of Colgate-Palmolive, has been appointed to Flow’s Board of Directors (“Board”). Ms. Tracy joins Board members Nicholas Reichenbach, Marc Caira, Patrick Bousquet-Chavanne, Lori O’Neill and Joe Jackman.
