Johnny Montoya Named Vice President of State Government Affairs in New Mexico and Oklahoma for Kinetic

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kinetic has named Johnny Montoya as the vice president of state government affairs for New Mexico and Oklahoma. Montoya recently served as director of state government relations for New Mexico State University (NMSU). In that role, he worked with local, state and federal officials as well as private entities to advance NMSU.

In addition to working in government relations for the state of New Mexico, Montoya has state government relations experience in the telecommunication industry. Montoya also worked as the chief of staff for the New Mexico State Public Regulation Commission (PRC).

Montoya holds a bachelor's degree in marketing management from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
