CSC Appoints Steve Giurlando as Head of Business Development for Delaware Trust Company

To grow U.S. corporate trust and agency business

WILMINGTON, Del.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CSC, the world’s leading provider of business, legal, tax, and digital brand services, announces the addition of Steve Giurlando to its Global Financial Markets (GFM) division, leading the corporate trust and agency business development efforts of its wholly owned subsidiary, Delaware Trust Company. In this new role, Giurlando will be responsible for building out the sales team, developing new markets, and cultivating relationships with business partners to better serve our clients.

“This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals at a company that’s been around for 120 years,” says Giurlando. “Delaware Trust has an impressive track record of providing clients with unparalleled service. Where other firms are retracting from this business, it’s exciting to be part of an organization that’s actually investing and committed to growth.”

A seasoned veteran of 30 years, Giurlando will report to Dan Fisher, executive vice president of corporate trust, agency, and independent director services. “Hiring superior talent during this pivotal time is critical to the expansion of our Delaware Trust business,” says Fisher. “Steve, with his strong leadership and business development experience, will play a key role in our future success. He’s an ideal fit to grow the business and ensure that world-class service remains at the core of all we do.”

A proven leader, Giurlando most recently was senior vice president of business development at Wells Fargo in their corporate trust division. He previously held numerous leadership roles in corporate trust across operations, relationship management, and business development at BNY Mellon and U.S. Trust.
