Annette Ahlers Joins Andersen as a Managing Director in the US National Tax Practice

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Andersen welcomes Managing Director Annette Ahlers to the US National Tax practice in the Los Angeles office. Annette has over 30 years of experience in complex corporate tax issues and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.

Before joining Andersen, Annette was of counsel with Troutman Pepper LLP. Previously, she was a partner at EY and led their regional merger and acquisition services practice. Annette also served as an attorney advisor at the Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel.

Annette received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and History from the University of Washington and her Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law. She also received her Master of Law in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
