ExtraHop Recognized in Inc. Magazine’s Annual List of Best Workplaces for Second Consecutive Year

In a Year that Upended Many Workplaces, High Marks for Strong Employee Engagement and Great Benefits Set ExtraHop Apart

SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ExtraHop, the leader in cloud-native network detection and response, today announced Inc. Magazine has listed ExtraHop on its annual list of Best Workplaces for the second consecutive year. The company’s commitment to fostering a supportive and collaborative workspace for employees and providing comprehensive benefits contributed to the listing, as did the high scores around employee engagement and strong access to learning and development opportunities.

Inc. Magazine received thousands of applications and, through wide-ranging and comprehensive analysis, developed a list of 429 organizations, who elevate company culture and employee experience, whether in the office or at home. Each nominated company took part in a third-party employee survey on topics including trust, management effectiveness, and benefits, which Inc. then gathered, analyzed, and audited to determine its 2021 honorees.

“ExtraHop’s culture isn’t an accident. It’s a product of the commitment our team and our leadership make every day to foster a workplace that’s compassionate, inclusive, respectful, and that encourages curiosity,” said Jackie Haggerty, VP of Human Resources at ExtraHop. “Our place on this list recognizes the work we all do to create a supportive and diverse environment for each other –– one that empowers employees to do meaningful and fulfilling work in every role and at every level.”

“The definition of a positive workplace has changed drastically over the past year,” says Inc. Magazine editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “Stocked fridges and nap pods were no longer perks many companies could rely on once work went remote. So, this year’s list is even more important as it reveals organizations that continue to enrich the lives of its employees amid a pandemic.”
