BUFFALO, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Columbus McKinnon Corporation (Nasdaq: CMCO) (the “Company” or “Columbus McKinnon”), a leading designer and manufacturer of intelligent motion solutions for material handling, today announced the closing of its underwritten public offering of 4,312,500 shares of its common stock, which includes the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase 562,500 additional shares of common stock, at a price of $48.00 per share. The gross proceeds to Columbus McKinnon from the offering, before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses, were approximately $207 million.
J.P. Morgan acted as lead book-running manager. Wells Fargo Securities and PNC Capital Markets LLC acted as additional joint book-running managers for the offering.
A registration statement on Form S-1 relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and was declared effective on April 29, 2021.
