SAINT LOUIS--()--Warren Equity Partners (“Warren Equity”), a lower middle market private equity firm, is pleased to announce the acquisition of ADB Companies, LLC, and its affiliates (“ADB” or the “Company”) from the Keeley Companies. ADB, based in St. Louis, Missouri, is a leading turnkey provider of telecommunication and utility infrastructure solutions in the United States.
