SolarWinds Improves Placement on Completeness of Vision Axis in the 2021 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Application Performance Monitoring

Company acknowledged in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for third straight year; also listed in the 2021 Gartner Critical Capabilities for Application Performance Monitoring

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SolarWinds (NYSE:SWI), a leading provider of powerful and affordable IT management software, today announced it has improved its placement on the Completeness of Vision axis, in the Niche Quadrant of the April 2021 Gartner^® Magic Quadrant^® for Application Performance Monitoring (APM)¹ for its APM Integrated Experience, which includes its APM products Pingdom^®, AppOptics^™, and Loggly^®—as well as Server & Application Monitor (SAM). The company was also recognized in the Gartner Critical Capabilities for Application Performance Monitoring report.²

SolarWinds recently unveiled its APM Integrated Experience, which consolidates access to application performance metrics, traces, logs, and user experience into a common navigation experience for technology professionals. The new APM Integrated Experience helps reduce much of the complexity associated with modern APM by streamlining visibility into critical application and infrastructure performance and empowering tech pros with faster, easier troubleshooting.

In the Gartner Critical Capabilities for Application Performance Monitoring, a companion report to the Magic Quadrant, 15 vendors were evaluated in four critical capabilities weighted for five different use cases.
