Leader to Advance Goals of Building Top Appraiser Network, and Setting Benchmarks in Valuation Performance

The promotion comes less than a year after he joined IAM as Executive Vice President to advance two goals—building the nation’s top appraiser network, and setting new standards in valuation performance.

As a result of his leadership, IAM has already launched 24-Hour Fast Pay, bucking the national trend of compensating appraisers 15-45 days after they deliver valuation reports. Mr. Walser is also spearheading improvements to IAM’s scalable technologies that empower these appraisers to shine.
