Belay Investment Group Brings on Danny Kuo as Senior Vice President

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Belay Investment Group is pleased to announce the addition of Danny Kuo to its Investment Team as a Senior Vice President. Mr. Kuo will be drawing upon his extensive real estate investment management background to serve an integral role in executing acquisitions, asset management and in working with operating partners.

Mr. Kuo is a 17-year industry veteran who comes to Belay from Exeter Property Group where he oversaw acquisitions, leasing and asset management for office and multifamily assets in the Western United States. He has also served as Director of Investments and Asset Management at Swift Real Estate Partners, and as a Senior Vice President of Investments & Portfolio Management at EQ Office, wholly owned platform company of Blackstone, where he sold over 65 million square feet of office, flex/industrial, retail, mixed-use, hotel and land totaling over $32 billion.

Danny holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.
