Property Solutions Acquisition Corp. II Announces Pricing of Upsized $300 Million Initial Public Offering

NEW YORK--()--March 3, 2021 – Property Solutions Acquisition Corp. II (the “Company”), a special purpose acquisition company, today announced the pricing of its upsized initial public offering of 30,000,000 units, at a price to the public of $10.00 per unit. The units are expected to begin trading on The Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”) on March 4, 2021 under the symbol “PSAGU”. The offering is expected to close on March 8, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.

Each unit consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-fourth of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one share of Class A common stock. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A common stock and redeemable warrants are expected to be traded on Nasdaq under the symbols “PSAG” and “PSAGW,” respectively.

EarlyBirdCapital, Inc. is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering. The Company has granted the underwriters a 45-day option from the date of the final prospectus for the offering to purchase up to 4,500,000 additional units at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, which the underwriters chose to exercise.
