WINNIPEG, Manitoba--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Lafarge Canada Inc.(Lafarge) Precast Plant in Winnipeg, Manitoba proudly supplied a sustainable solution for the construction of the beautiful 18-story multi-use apartment building at 221 Stradbrook. This apartment building is located alongside the Red and Assiniboine Rivers and only footsteps from the Historic Forks Market. The Stradbrook building boasts a total precast concrete design made possible by architect Dustin Sharrow of MMP Architects and the Lafarge design team.

The sustainability of precast is showcased by the building’s modern aesthetic, fire-resistant, and energy-efficient concrete panels.
