NYC Brokerage Elegran Announces Industry Veteran Carolyn Sebba will Head Up the Firm’s New Development Marketing

The Move will Position the Firm for Additional Market Share Gain After Expanding by 20 percent in 2020

NEW YORK--()--Elegran, an independently owned real estate brokerage specializing in residential sales and leasing in New York City, has hired Carolyn Sebba as Senior Managing Director of New Development Marketing. This news comes at an exciting time as Elegran was just ranked #8 of the top 20 Fastest Growing Real Estate Firms list by COROFY, New York real estate’s first broker intelligence platform.

In line with Elegran’s effort to expand its foothold in Manhattan real estate market, Sebba—a veteran of the NYC real estate industry since 1989 who has closed more than $1 billion in real estate transactions— will head up development marketing efforts at Elegran New Development. In her new role, she will forge exclusive partnerships with some of the most premiere buildings in the city, helping streamline buyer acquisition while providing clients and agents alike with the best service possible.

Sebba joins Elegran from Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, where she served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director. There, she was responsible for new business development and managing a wide range of projects, including collaborating on the marketing and sales of distinguished properties like the first branded Baccarat Residences & Hotel; The Aman Residences atop the historic Crown Building; and The Belnord, one of the most distinguished conversions to grace the Upper West Side.

An active member of REBNY, Sebba is a dedicated volunteer with iMentor and helps guide young adults through the journey of obtaining a college degree. She is also a supporter of many charities, including Dorot, United States Holocaust Museum, St. Jude Children’s Hospital and Chabad.
