Starlight Hybrid Global Real Assets Trust Announces 2021 Cash Distributions

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Starlight Investments Capital LP (“Starlight Capital”), on behalf of Starlight Hybrid Global Real Assets Trust (the “Trust”), announced today the 2021 monthly distributions for the Trust. Unitholders of record will receive cash “per-unit” distributions as per the below schedule:

The tax composition of the Starlight Hybrid Global Real Assets Trust distributions are determined on an annual basis and will be available only after the Starlight Hybrid Global Real Assets Trust tax year-end.

Quarterly Redesignation of Units

The redesignation of Series A Units into Series C Units is not permitted if such redesignation would result in the number of Series A Units issued and outstanding being equal to or less than the greater of: (i) the minimum public float required to satisfy the minimum listing requirements of the NEO Exchange; or (ii) 25% of the total Units issued and outstanding. Given the current number of outstanding Series A Units and Series C Units, redesignation requests of Series A Units into Series C Units are not currently being accepted by the Trust.
