Invoice Cloud Launches Outbound Campaigns to Accelerate Customer Engagement

New add-on feature allows Invoice Cloud clients to engage with customers through multiple communication channels including voice, email, and text

BRAINTREE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Invoice Cloud, an EngageSmart solution and the leading provider of online bill payment services, today launched Outbound Campaigns, a new feature that allows companies to easily send custom messages through multiple communication channels including voice, email, and text. Invoice Cloud’s Outbound Campaigns creates an immediate connection to customers. Whether to inform an insurance customer that their premium is due, to inform utility customers of a service outage, or let a taxpayer know that their payment has been processed—or more urgent communications in the case of an emergency—the service can be used to keep customers updated on important, relevant, personalized information as they need it, helping to improve customer experience and maintain positive customer satisfaction levels.

Digital experience is vital for creating good customer relationships and maintaining brand loyalty. Outbound Campaigns are the quickest and most direct way to inform customers and encourage them to act. With this new feature, important updates are delivered immediately through email, text, or interactive voice response (IVR) messages, ultimately saving resources and staff time associated with printing and mailing paper notices. In addition to benefiting customer experience, Outbound Campaigns saves teams valuable time that can then be reallocated to high-priority projects by reducing call volume and unnecessary field visits.

“At Invoice Cloud, we’re constantly thinking of new ways to help drive customer engagement and communications with as little friction as possible,” said Tom Griffin, president of Invoice Cloud. “The online payment experience can be critical to customer satisfaction, and we’re excited to introduce Outbound Campaigns as the latest feature to help Invoice Cloud clients improve communications with customers.”

Invoice Cloud Early Access customers are already using Outbound Campaigns for custom communications including water shut-off notices, boil water orders, emergency notifications, additional payment reminders, updated COVID hours, service notices, and more.
