L2 Capital Partners Announces Partner Promotions and a New Vice President Hire

DEVON, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--L2 Capital Partners, L.P. (“L2 Capital,” “L2” or the “Firm”) is pleased to announce the promotion of Connor McMahan and Lorin Cassidy Wolfe to Partner and the addition of Nick Irion as Vice President.

Connor and Lorin have each continued to take on expanded and elevated roles at L2 in support of the overall mission of the Firm to not only source, invest in, and build the best companies, but also to provide exceptional investment results for L2 Capital’s investors. The Firm has a strong track record of developing talent and has maintained a consistent approach that has been a key driver of success at L2 since its inception.

Connor McMahan has been with L2 since joining the firm as an Associate in 2012 and is responsible for all key aspects of the investment process, including deal execution and post investment support for portfolio companies. “Connor has been a leader on the L2 team since day one. In addition to his growth professionally, this promotion is in recognition of the many successes he has driven during his tenure here at L2. Lorin Cassidy Wolfe joined L2 in 2019 as Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for working collaboratively across L2 portfolio companies to drive growth and profitability with a focus on strategy, process, and people. L2 has also expanded its team through the hiring of Nick Irion as Vice President. Nick will be a key member of the deal execution team for both new platform and add-on investments and will support operational enhancement initiatives at portfolio companies. Prior to joining L2, Nick was a Senior Associate at ABS Capital Partners where he executed growth equity transactions across a variety of industries. Previously, he worked as an Associate at Harren Equity Partners, a lower middle market private equity fund. Nick also spent four years in investment banking prior to attending business school. He holds degrees in Economics and Finance from Villanova University and an MBA from Cornell University.
