Muck Rack Named One of Crain’s 2020 Best Places to Work in New York City

For the second year in a row, Muck Rack is among the 100 most respected employers in NYC

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Muck Rack, the makers of the leading Public Relations Management (PRM) platform, today announced that they were named one of the Best Places to Work in New York City by Crain’s New York Business.

Crain’s, in partnership with Best Companies Group, determined the rankings by surveying more tens of thousands of employees across New York’s five boroughs to gauge what makes a company a great place to work.

Muck Rack ranked in the top half of the 100 companies on the list that span a range of industries, including consulting, engineering, finance, law and tech.

“We’re beyond honored to be included on Crain’s Best Places to Work list for the second year in a row,” says Muck Rack CEO Greg Galant. “We knew when we started Muck Rack that culture would be the key to our success.”

Along with an employer survey assessing the benefits and perks Muck Rack offers, their employees answered a series of confidential questions covering topics such as working conditions, benefits and culture.

Since its founding in 2009, Muck Rack has operated with a distributed remote-work policy—allowing employees to work from their headquarters in New York’s SoHo neighborhood or to work from a location of their choosing at any time.

In addition to enjoying the flexibility to work where they are most productive, no matter where they are located, Muck Rack also provides its employees with generous off-the-grid PTO, paid parental leave, 401(k) plan, wellness perks, commuter benefits and more. Muck Rack’s company values are devotion, transparency, ownership and resiliency.

Muck Rack’s team consists of about 100 people and they are continuing to grow this year. Those interested in applying to join Muck Rack can learn more and view open positions here.
