HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Harris Center for Mental Health and Intellectual Development and Disability (The Harris Center) announced today Taseer Badar, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Houston-based private equity firm ZT Corporate, has joined its Board of Trustees, effective immediately.
