WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Inkhouse, an integrated public relations, social media and content agency, today announced the promotions of Alison Morra to chief operating officer of the agency and Ed Harrison to general manager of the agency’s Boston office.

In her new role, Alison will oversee agency operations across all four of its offices in Boston, New York City, San Francisco and Seattle. Her focus will be operational excellence related to client service, account efficiency, HR, training and IT. In addition, Alison will implement and scale processes related to hiring, staffing, budgeting, training programs, lead agency-wide initiatives and ensure quality of client work.

As general manager of the Boston office, Ed will take on a greater focus on growing and managing Inkhouse’s headquarters. As GM, he will oversee business development and staffing account teams while providing strategic support for many of the firm’s technology clients.

“I can’t think of more capable or genuine leaders than Alison and Ed. Alison is the picture of grace and reason under pressure, she’s organized, efficient, and somehow keeps her fingers on the pulse of everything while making it look easy. Ed plays an instrumental role in new business, building our client base. He’s a force of calm, humor, and hard work. Not to mention, they are both rocks of our culture,” said Beth Monaghan, chief executive officer and founder of Inkhouse. “We couldn’t have anticipated the challenges of 2020, but they have been instrumental in helping to position us for growth in 2021.”
