TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Organic Garage Ltd. (“Organic Garage” or the “Company”) (TSXV: OG), announces a change of auditor.
On November 23, 2020, at the request of the Company, MNP LLP (the “Former Auditor”) resigned as auditor of the Company and the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Smythe LLP (the “Successor Auditor”) as its new auditor effective November 23, 2020 until the close of the Company’s next annual meeting.
There were no reservations in the Former Auditor’s reports for the Company’s two most recently completed fiscal years or for any period subsequent to the most recently completed period for which an audit report was issued and preceding the date of the Former Auditor’s resignation. There are no "reportable events" (as the term is defined in National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations ("NI 51-102")) between the Company and the Former Auditor.
Pursuant to NI 51-102, the Notice of Change of Auditor, together with the letter from the Former Auditor and the letter from the Successor Auditor, have been reviewed by the Company’s Audit Committee and Board of Directors and will be filed on SEDAR accordingly.
