American Integrity Insurance Augments Its Leadership Team With Two New Hires

Company Welcomes Shannon Bauer, VP of Sales and Jennifer Kowalski, VP of National Accounts

TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--American Integrity Insurance Company, a premier Florida-based property insurance provider, announces it has added Shannon Bauer as Vice President of Sales and Jennifer Kowalski, CPCU as its Vice President of National Accounts. Shannon will focus on developing and executing the company’s sales strategy for all product lines while Jennifer will spearhead efforts to develop and build relationships with national and multi-state accounts.

Shannon’s 19 years of personal and commercial lines insurance began at State Farm Insurance, where she began as a Life Insurance Specialist and eventually became the owner of a State Farm agency. In her most recent position, Shannon was a Territorial Sales Leader for Allstate Insurance Company, where she was responsible for the growth and profitability of nearly $900 million property and casualty premium base in the state of Florida. Throughout her career, Shannon has earned awards and accolades for her sales accomplishments. In addition to specialized sales designations and license, Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.

Jennifer, who has more than two decades of Property & Casualty experience, began working in the industry as a Product Manager. She then transitioned into Sales, cultivating and managing large agencies and strategic relationships that flourished into a multimillion dollar source of revenue. In her most recent role, she served as Vice President of Sales with Velocity Risk Underwriters, helping a company in “start-up mode” create a suite of products in six states. A graduate from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg Florida, Jennifer holds the CPCU Designation, a distinction earned after a rigorous course of study and achieved by fewer than five percent of insurance professionals.
