SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PEMCO Mutual Insurance recently named Philip Cole as director of underwriting operations and analytics, where he will lead the team in advancing the company’s customer-centric solutions and products.
Cole brings extensive industry experience in property and casualty insurance to his new role with PEMCO. He’s previously held leadership positions with GE Insurance Solutions, Rockhill Insurance Company, State Auto and most recently at Guide One, where he served as senior vice president and chief underwriting officer and drove innovation and collaboration enterprise wide. In addition to his knowledge of underwriting operations, Cole is also well-versed in sales, marketing and product management.

Cole is relocating from Ohio, along with his wife Lisa and dog Rico. They look forward to joining the greater Pacific Northwest community and enjoying frequent visits from their three older kids once they are settled.
