Audax Private Equity Announces Investment in Jitterbit Inc.

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Audax Private Equity (“Audax”) today announced that it has made an investment in Jitterbit, Inc. (“Jitterbit” or “the Company”) to support the continued growth initiatives of the company as a leading enterprise integration platform as a service (“iPaaS”) provider. KKR, Samsung Ventures, and other previous investors will continue to hold stakes in the Company as it enters its next phase of growth.
