Corsair Infrastructure Partners Appoints Paul J. Cozza as Operating Partner

Departing Chief of North Carolina Ports Authority to Focus on Operational Value Creation Across CIP’s Transportation Assets

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Corsair Infrastructure Partners (“CIP”), the global infrastructure investment business of Corsair Capital (“Corsair”), today announced that Paul J. Cozza, departing Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the North Carolina Ports Authority, has joined CIP as an Operating Partner. In this role, Mr. Cozza will work closely with CIP’s transportation platform companies to design, develop, and execute operational initiatives to drive value in both existing and new investments.

Mr. Cozza has over 30 years of senior operating experience in transportation infrastructure and a proven track record of enhancing asset performance metrics in multiple industry sub-sectors. In his role as leader of North Carolina’s terminals, he was responsible for the successful implementation of a major operational turnaround and capital improvement plan that significantly increased market penetration and profitability.
