World Insurance Associates Acquires Danaher-Skewes & Associates, Inc.

TINTON FALLS, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--World Insurance Associates LLC (WIA), a Top 100 Insurance Agency, announced today that it acquired Danaher-Skewes & Associates, Inc. (“Danaher-Skewes”) of Manassas, VA on November 1, 2020. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Established in 1963, Danaher-Skewes is one of the largest independent insurance agencies in Virginia, serving residents and businesses in Alexandria, VA, Manassas, VA, Fredericksburg, VA, and surrounding areas. Danaher-Skewes helps its clients make smart decisions, protecting them from the unexpected and planning for the predictable.
