Directorate Change

Young’s today announces that Patricia (‘Trish’) Corzine will step down as a non-executive director when her second three-year term in office expires on 11 January 2021. Ian McHoul, a fellow non-executive director and chairman of the Company’s audit committee, will take over from Trish on the Company’s remuneration committee when she leaves.

Trish joined the Board as a non-executive director in January 2015. She brought with her a wide-ranging knowledge and experience of the hospitality and leisure sector, having spent most of her career in the restaurant industry, including 20 years at The Restaurant Group.
