Duda|Paine Architects Completes Twelve24 in Atlanta

16-story office building with direct access to MARTA’s Dunwoody Station

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Duda|Paine Architects, a leading international design firm, announces the completion of its Twelve24 project for Trammell Crow Company in Atlanta. The innovative, mixed-use Class-A office project transforms the work-life experience with on-site restaurants and retail, unparalleled access to transit, and unique amenities.

Duda|Paine created the innovative design that includes 335,000 square feet of flexible, open-plan office space and 11,000 square feet of street-level retail and restaurant space. Amenities are congregated on the sky lobby level, which includes a welcoming Great Room with generous sixteen-foot ceilings, a coffee shop, a large lounge with ample seating, an expansive fitness center, a conference center, and several large custom art pieces. Building users pass through an outdoor landscaped terrace with evergreen trees and built-in wood seating designed to be occupied throughout the day. Gathering spaces on the terrace respond directly to the amenities within: a turf area for fitness classes, an outdoor conference room under a covered pavilion, and cafe tables along the colonnade. A sculptural wood-wrapped stair and a thirty-foot tall aluminum art screen connects the sky lobby level to a training floor above. The lobby’s refined material pallet includes travertine walls, polished stone floors, fluted glass, and natural wood. A large rooftop terrace on level 16 provides an elevated space for corporate gatherings with views of the Atlanta skyline.
