24 Hour Home Care Announces Partnership with Grace Care Management, to Provide Additional Support to Those in Need During COVID-19

Merger brings greater support to caregivers and customers in the San Diego Area

EL SEGUNDO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--24 Hour Home Care, an industry-leading in-home care organization, today announced that Grace Care Management will become a part of the company this month. The merger strengthens operational support for clients in the Greater San Diego area and provides access to more caregivers and staff 24 hours a day, which is especially needed during this pandemic. Founded in 2001, Grace Care Management serves the elderly and those in need of professional care in San Diego County.

“This merger brings 24 Hour Home Care’s technology infrastructure and back-office support to seniors and their families who’ve come to trust in Grace Care Management, creating a valuable and substantial safety net for the Southern California communities,” said 24 Hour Home Cares VP of Business Development, Andy Matthews. “Our goal is to deliver the highest quality home health care as we expand throughout the U.S. and find partners that meet and align with our quality standards.”

Grace Care Management clients will tap into 24 Hour Home Care’s award-winning team, services and resources that are available 24 hours a day. The merger also strengthens 24 Hour Home Care’s geriatric care management, offering a specialized concierge consultant to navigate the challenges for seniors in San Diego. Grace Care Management caregivers will now be eligible for better benefits through 24 Hour Home Care and will have more work available.

“We’ve been looking for a partner that could provide the tech infrastructure that will create greater efficiencies,” said Cindy Hasz, LVN, CMC, CEO/Founder of Grace Care and geriatric consultant. “Given our long-standing relationship with 24 Hour Home Care it felt natural to strengthen our partnership, so we can focus on our main goal -- best in class care with even more training and counseling for caregivers. This is a win-win for seniors and those with special needs throughout San Diego because they will get the best of both worlds – the same great caregivers they know and love along with access to a staff of experts that can provide counsel any time they need it.”
