Workforce Logiq Celebrates Outstanding Supplier Partners with 2020 Proven Performers Awards

Workforce management technology provider recognizes high-performing suppliers for ongoing contingent staffing excellence and results; nearly 60% are diversity certified

ORLANDO, Fla.--()--Workforce Logiq, a global provider of AI-powered workforce intelligence, technology, and services, today announces the 2020 Proven Performers in its Performance Excellence Program. This year, 40 staffing organizations operating globally are recognized for supplying Workforce Logiq customers with high-quality talent and driving measurable results, especially during a very challenging and uncertain year.

“Our supplier partners have had to navigate a global health and economic crisis on top of everyday pressures, which makes their naming to this year’s list even more impressive,” said Karen Maarouf, vice president of supplier relations at Workforce Logiq. “These companies have stepped up and worked even harder to help our customers acquire talent and drive value. We’re thrilled to recognize and celebrate their success.”

Workforce Logiq’s annual Performance Excellence Program was created in 2016 and highlights high-performing talent supply partners. Honorees are selected based on a variety of criteria deemed crucial to client satisfaction, including customers serviced, cycle time, submittals per requisition, percentage of submittals hired, program compliance, fill ratio, and more. These metrics are analyzed across a twelve-month period to create a total performance score.

“We’re honored to receive the prestigious Workforce Logiq 2020 Proven Performer acknowledgment for the fifth consecutive year! And we’re proud to partner with the leading global workforce management company that shares our principles and values,” says Rothman Moncayo, President and CEO of Avispa Technology. “Workforce Logiq has been a terrific partner, aiding us in achieving our mission of placing highly talented and diverse individuals with the utmost transparency at world-class organizations.”

The 2020 Proven Performers have collectively filled nearly 6,000 positions for client projects throughout the United States and 18 countries globally, including the UK, Hong Kong, Scotland, India, Puerto Rico, Canada, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Brussels, France, Sweden, Mexico, Brazil, Australia, Niger, and Thailand.

Ten of this year’s Proven Performers have been named every year since the program started in 2016. Three are being recognized for the fourth time. Fourteen companies are first-time recipients. Nearly 60% of the 2020 Proven Performers are diversity certified suppliers.
