AM Best to Participate and Exhibit at Annual Insuretech Connect Conference

OLDWICK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AM Best will participate and exhibit at the 2020 Insuretech Connect (ITC) Global event, which will take place Oct. 19-21, 2020.

On Tuesday, Oct. 20, at 1:10 pm (EDT), Edin Imsirovic, AM Best associate director, will deliver a presentation titled “Innovation: Measuring the Immeasurable.” During the session, Imsirovic will discuss how the pace and magnitude of technological and societal changes has made innovation increasingly critical for the insurance industry. Topics will include to what extent companies are harnessing innovation and which insurance lines of business have innovated the most. Imsirovic is part of AM Best’s property/casualty ratings division, with specializations in insurtech and emerging technologies, and is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the ratings of various U.S. property/casualty insurance companies.

The ITC Global conference is the largest insurance-industry event covering innovation, and it provides insight to insurers on how to reinvent themselves amid disruptive forces caused by emerging technologies and insurtech startups. AM Best also will be exhibiting through an online booth, where visitors can learn about the resources AM Best offers to insurance professionals, including:
